Unlike general VA support, this package combines strategic and high-level marketing expertise (I’ve been in the game for a solid 20+ years) with hands-on implementation. So, you get pro-level recommendations, clear priorities and expert execution, not just task juggling.

I can help with a range of strategic digital marketing tasks and projects, from SEO tweaks and website audits to email set-ups, social media health checks, blog planning and more. Feel free to contact me to chat through your specific needs and how I might be able to help.

This package includes three focused half-days of my time, spread across three weeks.

  • Week 1: Strategy call & support half-day 1
  • Week 2: Support half-day 2
  • Week 3: Support half-day 3 and project wrap-up

We start with a focused one-hour strategy session together — this is usually a phone call, but can be via Google Meet for international clients.

We then work together asynchronously (not at the same time), so I can do my best work for you in a deep-focus state, without interruptions. I’ll email you when items are ready for review. You’ll generally have a week to provide feedback, giving you unrushed time to review progress without overwhelming your calendar.

Note that I prioritise communication via email. After our first strategy call, you can email me to request extra meetings if you need. (Additional calls are charged at my hourly support rate.)

Plan to set aside about 2-3 hours a week during our project for thoughtful feedback and approvals.

Because we’ll work asynchronously, you won’t need to be online during my support sessions. You’ll typically have a full week to review and approve completed tasks, at a time that suits your schedule.

To keep things moving and ensure we get the most done during your Support Package, one round of revisions is included per item needing your approval. Additional or late revisions are billed at my hourly rate.

I recommend you set aside about 2-3 hours a week during our time together for timely feedback — enough space to thoughtfully review the work, consider it deeply and provide fulsome responses. This helps us avoid delays and ensures the final result is aligned, effective and ready to roll.
