Each session runs for one hour. You can choose to book a single session or opt for a four-session pack to dive deeper into specific areas.

Prior to your session, I will review your written questionnaire and any completed worksheets, and do some deep thinking on the best advice and next steps for you, ensuring you get huge value from our time together.

Yes, after our session, I’ll send you a recording of our session that you can download and listen to as many times as you wish.

I’ll also email you a summary of our session containing key action items and links to helpful resources, including any templates, tools and resources from my Ethical Marketing Resources Vault that will help support your learning and implementation.

The four-session coaching package is designed so that the real depth of feedback and discussion happens within our calls, rather than through email support in between. This keeps the package affordable, gives you solid space for reflection between sessions and helps you come to each call with a clearer sense of where you need support so that we can make the most of our time together.

If something urgent or really sticky comes up between sessions, you’re welcome to send me a quick check-in question. If it’s something I can respond to in about five minutes, I will; otherwise, we’ll table it for our next call.
